What It Really Means to Live On Purpose (And Why So Many Women Feel Unfulfilled)

There comes a moment often quietly when a woman realises her life looks good on paper… but doesn’t feel good in her body.

She’s done what she was supposed to do.
Built the career.
Ticked the boxes.
Kept going.

And yet something feels off.

That’s where purpose enters the conversation not as a buzzword, but as a felt experience.

When I recorded a podcast episode with Dr Giselle Goodwin last year, I didn’t realise it would change the trajectory of my life. I just knew something in me softened when she spoke about living on purpose rather than on autopilot.

Purpose isn’t about doing more.
It’s not about hustle, fixing yourself, or chasing someone else’s version of success.

Purpose is about alignment.
It’s about listening inward.
It’s about letting meaning lead.

For many women especially mothers the old ways of goal-setting stop working. Manifestation isn’t about wishing. It’s about giving your brain and nervous system a clear, emotionally aligned direction.

That’s why goals rooted in intuition, values, and embodiment stick. They feel safe to move toward.

If you’re craving change but can’t quite name what that change is yet , you’re not behind. You’re early.

And sometimes, all it takes is one conversation to open the door.
