My Story

Thank you for being curious about my story.

After having your baby did you feel like you were unsure who you were anymore - mama, professional or both?! Well that was me and the answer was both.

I am a mama to one incredible boy, who has definitely come into my life to teach me to slow down! The past few years have been a journey of rediscovering who I am, rebuilding my confidence, and creating a life that feels true to me. I’ve learnt to let go of perfection, focus on what truly matters, and embrace the woman I’m becoming.

I know first hand how daunting it can feel to return to work after maternity leave—the self-doubt, the juggle, the shift in identity. I’ve navigated big transitions myself, and now I help other mamas do the same.

My dream is to empower working mamas to reclaim their confidence and step into careers that feel aligned with who they are now because it is not about going back to work, back to who you were it is about taking this opportunity to decide who you are evolving into. I founded Mama’s Flightpath because I know how hard it can be to juggle career and motherhood—it’s a journey full of growth, challenges, and big transitions. But you don’t have to figure it all out alone. With the right support, you can step back into work feeling empowered, fulfilled, and truly yourself.
