Who am i?

Hello gorgeous, I’m so glad you are here! I'm Jools.

After maternity leave, I expected my jeans not to fit. What I didn't expect? My career wouldn't either. 👀

Caught on the autopilot treadmill of motherhood and ambition, I burnt out. Then redundancy hit and everything came crashing down. But that breakdown became my breakthrough.

I discovered the missing link: Spiritual Intelligence. My STEM background taught me that neuroplasticity means your brain can rewire and Spiritual Intelligence gives you the roadmap to do it.

I blended the two together and moved from survival mode to soul mode. From autopilot to authenticity. My ambitions and motherhood finally fit me.

That's why I started the podcast Mamas Flight Path to share the journey and tools in just 10 minute long episodes, they feel like a voice note from your bestie to empower ambitious like you to find that harmony too.

Through Flocking Fabulous Experiences and my podcast Mamas Flight Path, I share my heart-led framework: Spiritual Intelligence × Neuroscience to empower ambitious mums reimagine what's possible and create a life that actually fits YOU

I'm the voice for women who feel that tug in their gut. That knowing life should be more fulfilling, more meaningful, and a whole lot more fun.
